Chris Loder, MP for West Dorset, has hailed the news that the West Dorset constituency has received £3,540,643 in National Lottery Funding since 2019, providing financial assistance for 111 projects in total. Mr Loder, who was elected to Parliament in December 2019, has supported numerous applications throughout his tenure.
The local MP said: “It’s great news that since 2019 over £3.5 million has been granted to well-deserving community projects across West Dorset. Village shops, charities, and volunteer groups are among the many organisations that have received grants ranging from under £10,000 to over £300,000.”
He continued: “The National Lottery distributes over £600 million per year to worthy local causes. If your organisation is interested in applying for a grant, you can visit: https://www.tnlcommunityfund.org.uk/ or contact me for further information.”
